AILA YOUNG PROFESSIONALS

The AILA Young Professionals National and State Committees are focused on providing innovative, engaging and informative events to those relatively new to the insurance world.

Naturally some of the events cater to the entire age spectrum of people involved in insurance. Soft and hard educational content and of course the benefits from networking are intertwined in all such events.

Some examples of these events are the Ron Shorter Award for Public Speaking, Law for Insurers (or aka Insurance 101), Building Your Brand, Basics & Beyond, Pimp Your Profile, Mock Trials, a Luminaries Dinner and social events such as the GPO Event in Sydney, Quiz Nights, Speed Networking, and many more.

The YP Committee consists of a national chair and representatives from each State of Australia. The national chair also sits in an ex-officio capacity on the AILA National Board of Directors.
