The latest biennial CILA Congress held over four days at the Country Club Hotel in Lima, the event will see delegates participating from over 18 CILA countries and welcoming also the AIDA Presidential Council and other international delegates. Plenary and CILA Working Party sessions will cover a range of themes, as well as meetings conducted of both the CILA and AIDA Presidential Councils - see details of the Congress.  More information will follow in due course.
